1. About This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through MarkVaudreuil.com, which is owned and operated by SaaS Equity Partners LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 10 Pumpkin Brook Road, Shirley, MA 01464. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

This policy is designed to be fully compliant with the requirements of Stripe, Inc. and PayPal Holdings, Inc., our payment processors. We are committed to transparency and fairness in all transactions.

2. Digital Products and Self-Paced Courses

All digital products and self-paced online courses sold through MarkVaudreuil.com are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.

2.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on a digital product or self-paced course, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your name, email address used at checkout, and your order number or payment confirmation. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your request.

2.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

2.3 Access After Refund

Upon issuance of a refund, your access to the refunded digital product or course will be immediately revoked. You agree to delete or destroy any downloaded materials associated with the refunded purchase.

3. Community Memberships

Access to private community memberships (including Skool community access) is granted immediately upon purchase. Due to the immediate nature of access, no refunds are available on community memberships once access has been granted.

4. Installment Plans and Payment Plans

If you have enrolled in a product or service using an installment payment plan, the refund eligibility is determined by the product category as described in this policy. For digital products and self-paced courses purchased on installment plans, refund eligibility applies only within 30 days of the original enrollment date, not the date of each installment payment.

Cancellation of an installment plan does not constitute a refund. If you cancel a payment plan for a non-refundable product (such as group or one-on-one coaching), all installments paid to date are non-refundable and any remaining installments remain due and payable under the original payment agreement.

5. Group Coaching Programs — No Refund Policy

All sales of Group Coaching Programs are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available under any circumstances once enrollment is confirmed.

5.1 Why This Policy Exists

Our Group Coaching Programs are live, cohort-based programs with strictly limited enrollment. When you reserve a seat, that seat is permanently removed from availability for other applicants. The Company incurs immediate and irrecoverable costs upon your enrollment, including but not limited to: instructor time allocation, platform setup, onboarding preparation, and the opportunity cost of declining other qualified applicants for your seat.

5.2 What You Acknowledge at Enrollment

By enrolling in a Group Coaching Program, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the program curriculum, schedule, and requirements prior to purchase.
  • You understand that your enrollment is irrevocable and that no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal circumstances, inability to attend sessions, dissatisfaction with results, or any other reason.
  • The no-refund policy was clearly disclosed prior to your purchase and you had the opportunity to ask questions before enrolling.
  • You are making a voluntary, informed commitment to participate in the program.

5.3 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify program schedules, session formats, delivery methods, or content to improve the program experience. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund. In the event of a program cancellation initiated by the Company (not the student), affected students will receive a credit toward a future program of equal or greater value.

5.4 Stripe and PayPal Compliance Statement

This no-refund policy for Group Coaching Programs is disclosed clearly and prominently on our sales page, checkout page, and in our Terms of Service prior to any purchase. The nature of the service (live, cohort-based, limited-seat coaching) constitutes a legitimate business reason for a no-refund policy under Stripe's and PayPal's seller policies. Customers are required to affirmatively acknowledge this policy at checkout before completing their purchase.

6. One-on-One Coaching Programs — No Refund Policy

Important: No Refunds on One-on-One Coaching

All sales of One-on-One Coaching Programs are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available under any circumstances once the coaching agreement is executed.

6.1 Why This Policy Exists

One-on-one coaching engagements require the exclusive allocation of Mark Vaudreuil's personal time, expertise, and attention. Upon execution of a coaching agreement, the Company immediately incurs irrecoverable costs including time blocked from other clients, preparation of personalized materials, and the opportunity cost of declining other coaching applicants. The value delivered in one-on-one coaching is inherently personal and non-transferable.

6.2 What You Acknowledge at Enrollment

By enrolling in a One-on-One Coaching Program, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have completed an application and consultation process prior to enrollment and have had full opportunity to evaluate the program before committing.
  • You understand that your enrollment is irrevocable and that no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction with results, or any other reason.
  • The no-refund policy was clearly disclosed prior to your purchase and you had the opportunity to ask questions before enrolling.
  • You are making a voluntary, informed commitment to the coaching engagement.

6.3 Missed Sessions

Missed coaching sessions are forfeited unless rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but missed sessions do not entitle you to a refund or credit.

6.4 Stripe and PayPal Compliance Statement

This no-refund policy for One-on-One Coaching Programs is disclosed clearly and prominently on our sales page, checkout page, and in our Terms of Service prior to any purchase. The personal, time-based, and non-recoverable nature of one-on-one coaching constitutes a legitimate business reason for a no-refund policy under Stripe's and PayPal's seller policies. Customers are required to affirmatively acknowledge this policy at checkout before completing their purchase.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We take chargeback disputes seriously. Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company for a purchase that is covered by this no-refund policy, or for a purchase that does not meet the criteria for a refund under this policy, constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.

In the event of a chargeback, we will provide your bank, Stripe, or PayPal with all relevant documentation, including: your purchase confirmation, acknowledgment of this refund policy at checkout, records of any services delivered, and any communications between you and the Company. We reserve the right to permanently terminate your access to all our products and services if a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback is filed.
